Carol’s Daughter Wash Day Delight Shampoo

Carol’s Daughter Wash Day Delight Shampoo

I had an opportunity to try the new shampoo by Carol’s Daughter called Wash Day Delight. It is a water to foam shampoo that is made with aloe. It is sulfate, silicone, and paraben free. The formula is vegan and contains no artificial colors. The product claims to deeply cleanse the hair without stripping it. It has a targeted applicator that helps the liquid flow from the bottle directly to the scalp.

I tried the shampoo on Layla’s and Chloe’s hair. The shampoo has a nice, fresh scent and the micellar water did a great job removing the build-up in their hair. After shampooing, I followed up with a conditioner and then styled their hair. Going forward, I plan to use this after swimming lessons or after wearing a protective style. I think that this is a great addition to have in any haircare collection.

I would like to mention that the shampoo accentuated their curls. I posted a  texture shot and a video clip on my children’s Instagram account and got quite a few positive responses. Carol’s Daughter was even nice enough to feature them on their Instagram and website.

If you have tried this shampoo, tell me what you thought about it in the comments below. Would this replace your current cleansing shampoo?

  2. After I originally left a comment I seem to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on every time a comment is added I receive four emails with the exact same comment. Is there a means you can remove me from that service? Thank you! Konstance Gregorio Harhay
